A Chat With Twilight's Kellan Lutz.
Today marks the beginning of the end for The Twilight Saga. Yes, that's right: With today's release of Twilight: Breaking Dawn 2, the five-year, five-film, teen-adored, vampire- and werewolf-based package is finally complete.
Thank goodness, right?
Well, not everyone sees it that way. The fans, of course, are wondering where they'll turn next. And, for some of the series' actors, the question of “What comes next?” is a very real one.
Kellan Lutz, who has spend the past five years playing vampire Emmett Cullen in the Twilight movies, doesn't seem too worried about that. For one thing, he's already locked up the title role in an upcoming 2013 production of Tarzan. But, beyond that, he just seems to have a good, humble head on his shoulders. Or at least he seemed intent on coming off that way when we met him on his Breaking Dawn 2 press tour here in Dallas.
Fun fact about his stop here: In anticipation of the film's release, Twilight's producers let the cast members pick which cities they wanted to visit on these press tours, and Lutz went out of his way pick Dallas.
In the below video, he tells us why he chose our city, and does his best to answer our questions about his favorite Twilight moments, characters and memories.
