Let's face it: Most of us are way too lazy. No, really! According to a newly released survey by the Physical Activity Council, American inactivity level is at its highest level since 2007.

It's just as bad as it sounds, too. In the survey, the council asked folks how many times they participated in any of the 104 activities on its list — which included common things like “walking,” by the way — in the past year, and 83 million Americans answered zero times. That's right, 28 percent of the country was completely sedentary last year.

Let's change that.
