Get Up and Get Out.
As we get ready to head into March this week, we're just going to guess that you've long given up on your New Year's resolutions by now.
Hey, it happens.
Even if that January 2 trip to the gym was your only one of the year, though, you're probably doing a lot better than most folks. According to scientists at the University of Alabama, the average American exercises something like an hour per year. That breaks down to as little as ten seconds of actual, heart-thumping exertion a day for most folks.
That's not good.
So do yourself a favor and get off your butt this week.
