After several weeks in the new-movie bin, we reach again for a classic this week with Sling Blade.

I’ve never seen it before, as it was certainly not age-appropriate for me when it came out. And I guess I just never made the time to go back for it until this week. Josh Campbell, my guest co-host for the week, is in the same boat as me in that regard.

But we both agree that it holds up. Why? Well, we think there are a lot of compelling reasons for that.
