Summer Better Than Others.

House of Plates raked in some of Dallas' finest to their Endless Summer Swim Party at the FOE pool yesterday. It might have been over 100 degrees, but that wasn't going to stop anyone from playing some competitive sand volleyball, modeling summer clothing, barbecuing great food, drinking beer and laying out for hours in the blazing summer sun.

The event kicked off with various food and music entities from about town (ourselves included) competing in a vicious sand volleyball competition. Far as you know, we kicked some serious ass in that tournament. Well, maybe not. But we did have the coolest jerseys. We weren't the only ones looking fly, though. House of Plates also hosted an around-the-pool fashion show that featured some of the season's coolest looks. And the rest of the afternoon consisted of splashing around in the pool, stuffing our faces and enjoying a lazy Sunday.

It was good times, you guys. If you weren't there, you should've been.
