How would you describe your style? “Funky and clean at the same time.”
What are you wearing? “The pants, vest, shirt are Folksie by Julie McCullough — the local brand. The shoes are just Johnston & Murphy. The blazer is from the Gap! I've had it for six years and it's like my standard uniform. The belt is hand-tooled by myself, and the buckle is vintage. The handkerchief was an upholstery sample.”
What inspires your sense of fashion? “The band Make-Up. It's like a D.C. gospel/dance/folk/punk band. They were always intent in being sharply dressed. That's what started me dressing up nice back in the day.”
