Royal Bangs, Turbo Fruits, White Mystery and Rayon Beach To Headline Free Bryan Street Bash.
John Iskander of looking talent buying entity Parade of Flesh just dropped something of a doozy over on Facebook, announcing the first few bands he's booked to play Bryan Street Tavern's fourth anniversary bash, which is set to take place all damn day long on Saturday, October 6.
Turbo Fruits, Royal Bangs, White Mystery and Rayon Beach are all already confirmed to play the event, Iskander says, while also teasing the fact that more acts — including the event's headline performer — are still to be announced in the coming weeks.
Now, here's the really insane part: There's no ticket information to pass along for this event. No, not because it isn't ready yet, but because this show's gonna be completely free to attend for all interested parties over the age of 21.
Crazy, right?
I mean, the only thing keeping this event from being just ridiculously packed at this point — as it was this past Friday night when The Coathangers packed that mother out — is the fact that the event is set to fall on the same day as another festival going down in town.
I guess it's time to pick sides, then.
