Scenes From Saturday Night's Assassination City Roller Derby Championship.

The most badass chicks in Dallas were all in one place on Saturday night as the top two roller derby teams in the city — the Bombshell Brigade and the undefeated Lone Star Assassins — faced off on the Fair Park Coliseum rink on the rink to battle for this year's Assassination City Roller Derby Championship.

The crowd was amped up for the race after the first few bouts, a half-time show from Club Wood and a guy dancing around on stilts with a skull mask on. The spirited women on roller skates beating the shit out of each other probably didn't hurt, either.

In the end, the Lone Star Assassins took home the gold and kept their dream of an undefeated season alive.

It was an impressive display, as you'll see from our shots of the violent and very entertaining event.
