A.Dd+ Drops The First Track Off Of Their Highly Anticipated DiveHiFlyLo Mixtape.

The ever-buzzing, Dallas Observer Music Award-dominating A.Dd+ haven't exactly been coasting since the March 2011 release of their breakthrough When Pigs Fly mixtape — all those “loosies” releases from the duo have been meant to keep the band in the spotlight and have done a fine job of that — but make no mistake: Everyone's waiting on Paris Pershun and Slim Gravy to finally release their follow-up mixtape release, DiveHiFlyLo, which the group told us about at length in our extensive April sit-down. And today — finally — we get our first taste of it.

Not too long ago today, the duo uploaded to their SoundCloud page the first single off of said upcoming tape, a track called “Suitcases,” fittingly enough, given the fact that Thanksgiving is notoriously one of the busiest travel times of the year here in the States.

It's a nice tease of what's to come from the outfit, too. And a comforting tease, too, as it, like all of When Pigs Fly features a beat produced by Picnictyme. Upcoming tracks from the release are expected to come from the likes of Detroit-based producer Black Milk and Dallas' own Symbolyc One, who, in addition to having produced for the likes of Kanye West, Jay-Z and Beyonce, also has his fingers on an anticipated upcoming 50 Cent single called “My Life,” which is slated to also feature contributions from Eminem and Maroon 5's Adam Levine.

Back to “Suitcases,” though: It's good. It even features a shout-out to Lake Highlands.
