Local Fashion Lines Go On Display At The Pin Show.

Last week, we caught up with Julie McCullough, founder of the annual, locally focused fashion event The Pin Show, just as she was frantically wrapping up preparations for this year's deal, which went down last night at the Fairmont Hotel in Downtown Dallas after a hiatus in 2011.

As you can see from the pictures, the event was a rousing success. The crowd was huge and the fashions lines from some 38 local designers — and displayed on local models, too — were visually stimulating. Turns out there's a thriving fashion scene right here in Dallas. For us, last night's event proved it.

Here's hoping there's no need for The Pin Show to go on hiatus in 2013. Because, really, we're already looking forward to going back next year.
