Lights All Night Expands New Year's Celebration To Three-Night Affair.
Things are running maybe a tad ahead of schedule over at Highland Entertainment's camp these days.
It was, oh, about 11 months ago when Highland Park announced that its annual New Year's Eve affair, Lights All Night, would expand from a one-night celebration to a two-night event last year. So, yeah, the Highland Entertainment team is about a month ahead of the game this time around with the announcement that this year's event will be a three-night undertaking, going down on December 29, 30 and 31. And, unlike last year's event, this year's sure-to-be electronic music-heavy offering will take place at Fair Park.
Here's also where things are a tad different: When Lights All Night announced last year that it'd be expanding from a one-night deal to a two-night one, they did so with an impressive list of confirmed performers, including Tiesto, Diplo, Benny Benassi, Flux Pavilion, Neon Indian and a whole slew of others. This year's news of expansion comes without any confirmed names.
Given that last year's confirms started rolling in about four months out from the event, we can probably expect some to be announced in the coming weeks. Till then, enjoy Highland Entertainment's video recap from last year's event.
