No sense in ignoring it: After starting this week’s episode out with our Alex Jones opening, we spend some time chasing the Alex Jones butterfly — about five minutes, specifically. But, really, how does that guy do what he does?
The butterfly chasing doesn’t stop there. Really, the first 45 minutes of this episode are spent talking about whatever pops up, including how they should organize the shooting events at the Olympics and whether drone warfare is ethical.
Things gets no less political in the second half as I make the case for why Hillary Clinton might be an exciting candidate. Is she especially dynamic? Of course not, but having a competent leader who knows the job is something worth getting jazzed about, right? I think so, but Jake doesn’t share my enthusiasm — at least not at the start of our talk.
