Scenes From The Visual High Tech Soul Event at Canton Co-Op.

Three of Dallas' finest DJs — Ynfynyt Scroll, Shuttle and Killtron — converged upon Deep Ellum on Saturday night, transforming the otherwise DIY and somewhat bare bones Canton Co-Op space into a full-on danceteria with their futuristic house, juke and moombahton sounds well into the wee hours of Sunday morning.

They had some help, of course: A couple of visual artists — Edward Ruiz of Dallas and Vid Kidz from Austin — were also on hand to help with the looks of things on Saturday night and Sunday morning. Good thing, too: As Ynfynyt Scroll's popular Track Meet events of late have no doubt confirmed, strong visuals can only enhance the overall vibe of a night.

That much was certainly the case on this night, as religious and Tron-influenced video loops splashed onto the walls of the space and all-too-happy-to-dance crowd raging between them.

Fun times? Sure. Trippy times? No doubt.
