Scenes From Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybear's Saturday In-Store Performance at Good Records

Last time Austin and Central Track favorite Black Joe Lewis rolled through the region for a North Texas gig with his Honeybears, it was for a stop in Denton. But, with a new album called Electric Slave to promote, Lewis brought his act to Dallas on Saturday afternoon for an in-store gig at Good Records on Lower Greenville.

It was a largely loose, informal affair — and it was all the better for it. After performing a set tailored around the new release, Lewis and his cohorts lingered about the space to sign albums for fans and to even indulge us in a couple portrait shots.
