If you're anything like us, you've been avoiding Facebook, blocking all the political talk on Twitter and praying for a nice and clean resolve to this most recent election season.
Fortunately, it is all over now and Civil War II has been avoided. We think.
Still, at the risk of continuing to beat a drum we've all heard too much of lately, we found some interesting things while browsing through the Dallas County Elections site — figures that transcend all partisan politics.
So we thought they'd be fun to share. To that end, here's a brief glance at some of the highlights of the 2012 general election here in Dallas County.
