You've Spent The Last Year Putting Your Emotions on Blast? Dammit.
Situation: We've been eating our feelings for a full year now? Holy. Crap.
Feelings: emotionally exhausted, perhaps a little proud.
Goal: to take a moment to fondly recall the many things we've shoved into our pie-holes to make our bad feelings just go away this past year.
Hey, no one's perfect. We all get a little pissed off at the world every now and then. And, yes, every now and then, we channel those feelings into a pig-out session. It happens. It's human nature. Listen: We know we're not alone on this. Right? Right?
Don't lie to yourself. We're just telling it like it is.
Life is stressful. Here at Eat Your Feelings, we embrace that fact. And so, with a year under our ever-tightening belt, let's take a look back at a few of our favorite comfort dishes to date.
Your dependable booty call hasn't returned your last three texts.
This was a rough one. But, whatever. I mean, look at him now. He's all snuggled up with that carny he met at the State Fair. Count this one as a blessing in disguise.
You drank an entire faux loko last night?
You probably don't remember this one. You were a mess. I heard you asked one of the guys in Dem Southernfolkz to hold your purse while he was on stage, performing. You were kind of obnoxious. It was a weird night.
You scream-cried at your ex this past weekend?
Not one of your shining moments. But, hey, since then, you guys have gotten back together. And broken up again. Twice. So I guess it wasn't that bad?
Your crush wants a midnight snack?
Hey! They haven't all been bad. This was a great night. You know things have gone as planned when your crush rolls over and tells you he worked up an appetite. And how cute are these doughnuts?
Ugh. When did you become an adult?
This one is still the hardest for us all to swallow. Balancing work, school, fitness, finances, romance and a social life on top of it isn't easy. Good thing this Peanut Butter Mac & Cheese is such a life saver. It's cheap, easy and delicious. You can always count on it.

And so we begin a new year.
New crushes. New exes. Different experiences. The many emotions that come with each of these.
We'll keep documenting them for you. And we'll keep giving you delicious ways to deal.
Hey, in this stressful life, it's important to have some stability.
