Datahowler Makes Our Hearts Trip.
What's up, Datahowler?
Just wanted to say hey and let you know that we're all pretty impressed by you here at the Central Track offices. We definitely have a crush on those spacey, trans-dimensional, sci-fi electro-beat jams you make. The office was just listening to that really good live album you just released a couple of weeks ago on Facebook. Not going to lie, all those tracks are really awesome. And that album art is the cherry on top.
But not only do you make awesome music, you do about a million other things. Hard to believe that, when you aren't astral projecting, you're designing awesome album art for yourself or others, programming something we barely understand, making crazy motion graphics to project or soundtracking video games.
It helps that your design work is pretty gorgeous. Your use of texture and layering gives everything you do great personality. It radiates idea and theme. It does what good design — and good music — should. It tells a story. There it is, in your head, making pictures and blasting color and shape and sound around. You feel it.
We can't figure out how you have the time, but we're definitely jealous.
I think maybe growing up near the northern lights affected you — warped you or something like that. Those light curtains from space altered your DNA and let you see stuff, we think. We put in a call to SETI about it, but they haven't returned our calls.
Point is, very few people in this world are multidisciplinary and good at all of it. We can't wait to see what it is that you do next.
Speaking of which, we know about a few secret projects you've got in the works.
Among those projects, we hear, is a new album you're working on. We may or may not have heard the pre-masters. They're really good. We like being taken on a journey with our music, and, man, you're taking us to a different planet. The packaging for that project is gonna be so slick, too. I can think of a bunch of people who'll be buying it just for that awesome cover.
As for those other ones? Don't sweat it. We won't tell anyone about those just yet. We do know we're excited, though. And we know that you're gonna do some interesting things that'll make this town an even cooler place to be.
Thanks for that.
Anyway, keep on astro-tripping, keep making tunes that'll transport people, and keep being you, dude. It's working for ya.
Love,
The Central Track Staff
