You already know: Last Thursday night, new Deep Ellum venue The Bomb Factory opened its doors to Dallas VIP set for a free show that featured a surprise appearance from British pop darling Marina & The Diamonds and Dallas' own electro-pop outfit, Zhora.

But what did it all mean? Who were these VIPs, anyway? Were they just area party people looking for a chance to see inside the new space?
