Everything You Need To Know About The 2015 ACM Awards' Upcoming Infiltration of Dallas.
Every year since 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards has honored the country genre's biggest and most-renowned artists. Now, to honor its own 50-year run, what's arguably the genre'e oldest and most prestigious tradition is doing things up bigger than ever before, taking over North Texas all next weekend long as it prepares to broadcast the awards live from AT&T Stadium on Sunday, April 19.
It's a pretty big deal — not only because it's the first time the ceremony will be held outside of California or Las Vegas in its 50-year history, but because everyone who is anyone in country music will be there, from Garth Brooks and Reba McEntire to Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert.

Who'll be there?
• This year, Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton return as co-hosts. It's Shelton's fourth year in a row to hold down the gig, and the third for Bryan.
• North Texas girl Miranda Lambert leads the pack with a total of eight nominations, including the coveted “Entertainer of the Year” trophy. Just behind her is Dierks Bentley, who nabbed seven noms, including ones for “Album of the Year” and “Male Vocalist.”
• Performers at the ceremony include Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton, George Strait, Keith Urban, Florida Georgia Line, Sam Hunt, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts, Brooks & Dunn, Christina Aguilera, Nick Jonas and Dan + Shay.

• On Friday, April 17 and Saturday 18, performers including Dwight Yoakam, Reba McEntire, Dierks Bentley, Clint Black, Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, Eli Young Band, Brooks & Dunn, Eric Church and loads more will perform at two-day Party for a Cause festival at Globe Life Park, which will be taped for a ACM Presents: Superstar Duets special that will air on May 15 on CBS.
• On Friday, April 17, Garth Brooks and wife Trisha Yearwood are hosting a pair of fundraising galas in Dallas and Fort Worth. The “One Night, Two Cities” galas will take place at the Omni Dallas Hotel and Fort Worth Zoo. The Dallas one will feature performances from Lady Antebellum and Hunter Hayes, while Fort Worth's will feature Keith Urban and Little Big Town. More info and tickets on those are available here.
