Seven Crawfish Boils To Crack Into This Spring.
Crawfish season is in full swing at the moment and — and presuming you're not already cooking up a proper mudbug boil all your own — a wide variety of crawfish boils are coming up this month in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to help you satiate your urges.
Not sure how to eat a crawfish? C'mon, you carpetbagger. It's not that hard: Just peel the first knuckle of the tail, pinch the end and pull out the meat. There are other ways to do it, I'm sure, but this one's the quickest — and, in turn, it helps you take full advantage of the all-you-can-eat boils going down these next few weeks.
Now, as for the boils themselves, here are seven coming up in the next few weeks that look to be well worth your time.
