The World Famous Tony Williams Was Backstage at SNL 40, Had A Better Sunday Night Than You Did.
Proving once again that he lives a cooler life than you do, noted Fort Worth R&B crooner The World Famous Tony Williams, who just so happens to be Kanye West's cousin and also one of his backup singers, was at last night's SNL 40 taping because, well, of course he was.
And just as was the case when he shared a number of pictures taken at Kanye and Kim Karashian's wedding back in May, Williams, who similarly joined West at the Grammy's last week, wasn't exactly shy about taking out his smartphone to grab a few snaps of the backstage action last night when he wasn't providing backing vocals for Kanye's own live offering.
Here he is with Kenan Thompson, doing his best Kel impersonation:
Here he is with Hannibal Buress, presumably cracking wise about Bill Cosby:
Here he is with Chris Rock, joking about the fact that they probably share the same stylist:
Here's an image he shot of Kanye West telling Wayne and Garth that he found Bugs Bunny attractive when he put on a dress and played a girl bunny:
Here's an image he took of Kanye explaining to Garth that he doesn't really find Bugs Bunny attractive, he was just referencing that one line from Wayne's World:
Here's an image he took of Kanye and Chris Rock discussing upholstery:
Here's an image of him palling around with fellow Kanye disciple Vic Mensa:
Here's an image of him and noted “FourFiveSeconds” surprise spoiler Ty Dolla $ign:
Yup. Pretty awesome. Better than your Sunday night, at least.
