Our Recurring Pop That Bash is Back, Y'all. And This Time, We're All Getting Wet.

It feels weird to even type this, but it's true: It's been almost four months since we last threw one of our recurring Pop That bashes with DJ Sober and our friends at Cricket Wireless.

Crazy, right? Yessir. So, yeah, it's about time we brought this sucker back.

And here goes.

Now, some quick notes to keep in mind…

• No, it's not happening on a Friday night. We're changing things up a bit this time around, throwing our bash on a Saturday afternoon instead — on July 5, to be specific, and right smack dab in the middle of a three-day holiday weekend. Let's take advantage and get day-drunk together. For America!
• It's happening at a pool. Why? Because it's Texas and because this sucker's going down in July. It's all going down at Salt, the old Ross Avenue spot once known as Ku De Ta, but now updated to no longer have an exclusive door policy. Down with tyranny! Also worth noting: Yes, there's a full bar — and a full food menu, too.
• Joining DJ Sober on the decks this time around will be his Top Notch partner-in-grime Dayta. The two have been hosting their monthly bash down in Houston for years now, and, at this party, Dallas is getting a taste. Also? Killa MC is hosting. So you know it's gonna be a good time.
