Lights All Night Announces Deadmau5, Kaskade, Major Lazer, A-Trak and More for 2013 Affair.
You could already make the argument that, as EDM festivals host on and around New Year's Eve go, Dallas' own Lights All Night festival was the biggest in the world. Well, now you really can.
In 2013, the fest's organizers at Highland Concerts have announced, the festival will be taking place in two cities: On December 27 and 28 of this year, Lights All Night will again take place in Dallas, as usual; and, on December 31, the festival, for the first time in its history, will become a legitimate international affair by ringing in the new year down in Mexico City.
No word yet on who will headline the Mexico City-hosted portion of this year's affair, but Highland has announced today the acts that will headline this year's two-night offering in Dallas, which will once again take place at the Dallas Convention Center after last year's affair at Fair Park.
Among the names headlining this year's affair? Deadmau5, Kaskade, Major Lazer, A-Trak, Icona Pop, Krewella and Paper Diamond. Tickets to this year's offering are already on sale here, with two-day passes starting at $125 and single=day passes going for $79. VIP packages, meanwhile, start at $249.99 for a two-day pass and $149.99 for single-day importance. A two-day “platinum” pass, on the other hand, will run ticket-buyers a cool $699.99.
Keep in mind: Highland promises that more artists will be added to the bill in the coming months.
