Scenes From The Fifth Annual Dallas Burlesque Festival.

Poor, poor Karlo X. Ramos. While the rest of us were over at Sundown at Granada, celebrating our one-year anniversary, he was stuck over at the House of Blues, documenting for us the fifth annual Dallas Burlesque Festival.

There, he was forced to watch as national burlesque dancers descended upon the city for the crown jewel event in the three-day affair — the so-called “Saturday Night Spectacular.” He endured stripteases, song-and-dance numbers, high-flying acrobatics, a magic show and the crowning of a new Miss Dallas Burlesque.

What a shame.
