VHS or Beta Will Play a Free Show at The Kessler in November. Oh, And Your Band Could Open For Them.

So this is pretty cool: VHS or Beta has just announced a free 10-date concert run, and one of those stops will be at the Kessler Theater on Thursday, November 15.

This, actually, might be even cooler: In each city, the band is holding a competition for local bands interesting in opening for them. Yes, even your band. You can enter your band to be a part of the competition by submitting some songs here.

Not a bad opportunity, right? Well, thank the folks at the Onion's A.V. Club and Killian's beer. They're the ones behind it, and they'll be selecting the bands that make it through and announcing them on Facebook.

The submission deadline is coming up fast, though. All entries need to be received by Sunday, September 2. So start submitting!
