Situation: Your phone just buzzed with a notification letting you know that the person you've been crushing on has just decided to start following you on Twitter.
Feelings: Excited, flattered, and a little nervous.
Goal: Reward yourself for getting your crush's attention! And for being so interesting that they want to stalk you from afar!

This is kind of a big deal, you guys!

But it also puts you under some pressure. You better keep your tweets witty and intelligent — and you need to be sure you're looking fine in those Twitpics you post from here on out.

The key is to never reveal too much — just enough to keep your crush interested. No need to broadcast your entire daily routine.

Still, this occasion calls from something celebratory. A lemon ice box pie should do the trick!

Ingredients: Two cans of sweetened condensed milk, a package of softened cream cheese, half a cup of lemon juice and a pre-made graham cracker pie crust.

Directions:
1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese and lemon juice with an electric mixer.
2. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
3. Cover the crust with the lit that comes with it.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
5. Enjoy! Because, yes, this treat is that easy to make.

Just be sure to keep this sweet little thing in the refrigerator when you're not eating it. Oh, and congrats on your newest stalker!
