Ever Wondered What Dallas Looks Like From The Top Of The New Calatrava Bridge?
Whether you're the city's spent $128 million on the sucker. So we might as well all embrace it. Or at least try to.
Fortunately, it's something of a pretty sight, so that makes matters easier. So, too, does modern technology: Before the bridge opened to public car traffic last week, Friend of Central Track and photographer Jeremy McKane visited the bridge with his aerial stabilization set-up for a little exploratory film experiment. In laymen's terms, he attached his camera to a miniature helicopter and filmed what he could of the bridge and the nearby Dallas skyline, to thrilling results.
And McKane's been kind enough to pass along his camera's findings our way for the enjoyment of our readership. Check it out below. The footage is pretty fascinating.
