Situation: With the cool front rolling in, you decided to put on some of your favorite pants from last fall, but, unfortunately, they're feeling a little snug to wear in public. Oh, man. A few too many frozen margaritas over the summer is killing your cool weather buzz.
Feelings: sad, disappointed, chubby.
Goal: To shut your pie hole, dammit! You need to start watching what you eat for the next week or so and get back in those pants of yours. No fooling around. Refuse to buy a bigger size. Refuse it!

Listen: Everyone knows that cutting down on fatty snacking is the hardest part of a low-calorie diet. But a bowl full of Parmesan Cayenne Popcorn will fill you up and satisfy your guilty snack craving.

Ingredients: Natural or air-popped popcorn, two tablespoons of parmesan cheese and a half tablespoon of cayenne pepper.

Directions:
1. Pop popcorn as you normally would.
2. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese.
3. Sprinkle on cayenne pepper.
4. Snack away!

One cup of this delicious snack contains fewer than 100 calories and five grams of fat. Oh, and rumor has it cayenne pepper burns more calories than other seasonings because your body works harder to cool down their spicy feel.
