You Went Overboard This Weekend and Now You're Feeling Rather Large?

Situation: You went a little overboard this weekend. You ate way too much, you drank way too much and now you're feeling gross and bloated and, well, just large. But definitely not in charge.

Feelings: Insecure, tired and defeated.

Goal: You want to feed those feelings -- but with something that tastes great and won't make you feel worse about yourself.

You need something small -- in other words, the opposite of how you feel. Something like a bite-sized flatbread pizza should do. Not only are they tasty, but they're pretty darn cute, too!

Ingredients: Flatbread Crackers, canned diced tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese and olive oil.

Directions:
1. Brush a little olive oil on each cracker.
2. Top each cracker with a small amount of your diced tomatoes, which you've by now drained..
3. Sprinkle each cracker with cheese.
4. Bake on broil -- but for just a couple of minutes. They burn easy!
5. Enjoy!

Pair with a diet coke and 30-minute stroll around the block and you'll be feeling great in no time!
