You Partied Too Hard and Now You're Sick?

Situation: You pushed through the weekend, but now you're sick. Like, fever-sore, throat-cough sick. Dammit.
Feelings: Drained, anxious, tired
Goal: To put some nutrients in your body, get some sleep and gear up for this coming weekend. There's an FOE pool party on Sunday, you've got to be at 100 percent.

Whether it's allergies, a little cold or something you picked up from that stranger you frenched on Saturday night, this whole scenario sucks. You need something that's easy to make and even easier on that body of yours.

Nutella banana rice sounds like the cure.

Ingredients: 1 cup of white rice, Nutella, a banana and some honey.

Directions:
1. Prepare rice as directed.
2. While hot, stir in a large scoop of Nutella.
3. Slice banana on top of rice and Nutella mix.
4. Drizzle with honey.
5. Eat.
6. Sleep.

You'll feel better in no time.
