It's a quiet Monday for sure, but it comes at a pretty optimum time. Your best bet tonight, perhaps, is to soak up some of that Mardi Gras weekend hangover with some half-price pizza and then to spend a relaxing evening either watching a bit of antique cinema or taking in some badass jazz music as you attempt to recover enough for Fat Tuesday.

A Trip to the Moon at Texas Theatre
The 1902 film took over a decade to restore, a process making it the most technically-sophisticated and expensive ever. The updated version is presented here with an updated soundtrack by the French band Air, and will be followed by a screening of The Extraordinary Voyage, a documentary chronicling Moon's arduous restoration process.
