Ever wondered where shops like Lula B's, Vintage Martini and Pandemonium get all of their cool vintage stuff? It clearly has to be from a place with lots and lots of things that date back to the 1950s or earlier. And that once belonged to someone that is willing to get rid of it all. Like, say, maybe an old, dead person? I mean, come on, people. Do the math.

Not to be insensitive, but, yeah, the very best place to find a large selection of genuinely cool vintage stuff on the cheap is at an estate sale. And Dallas is crawling with them. You just have to know where to find them. And that much is probably easier than you might think. is a great resource, and the mobile version of their site is absolutely amazing. Once you get to the site and allow it locate you, a list of estate sales in your area will pop up. is another good resource. Their mobile version isn't as easy to navigate, but the ability to scroll through pictures from each sale is super helpful. They also show future sales, in case you like to plan ahead.

So get out there and shop! And, hell, if you're too lazy to leave our site and go find some of these sales on your own, we'll even help you out -- just this one time -- and point you in the direction of some potentially promising estate sales going down this weekend.
